REFUND POLICY.

At An Itch In Time - Mangy Fox Rescue, we are committed to transparency and donor satisfaction. The following policy outlines how refunds are handled for both donations and merchandise transactions made through our website, www.aiitfoxrescue.org, which is hosted on the Wix platform.

1. Donations

Donations made to An Itch In Time - Mangy Fox Rescue are greatly appreciated and directly support the care, treatment, and rehabilitation of foxes suffering from mange and other conditions. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, all donations are generally considered non-refundable.

However, if you believe a donation was made in error or there are exceptional circumstances (such as duplicate transactions), please contact us within 14 days of the donation. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and process a refund when appropriate.

2. Merchandise Sales (Future Purchases)

If we offer merchandise for sale in the future, we will provide a clear return and refund policy for those items at the time of purchase. Generally, merchandise may be eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Shipping costs may not be refundable.

3. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of transaction. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
